This scholarship was established by Charlotte's family and friends to celebrate Charlotte's 100th birthday, April 19, 2009. Charlotte valued hard work and simple pleasures and recognize the significance of being involved with and helping others. This scholarship was intended to benefit female graduating high school seniors from public high schools on Lake Superior's North Shore. Applicants must be planning to enroll in an accredited public college or university in Minnesota. Applicants must also be active participants or leaders in school and community activities.

    Intend to enroll in an accredited public college or university in Minnesota.

    Are active participants or leaders in school and community activities.
