Communication Contest for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

This contest was started for the purpose of helping young people who are deaf or hard of hearing develop the skills and confidence to present in sign or orally to a large audience. The topic for this contest is What the World Gains from Optimism. Applicants must be certified to have uncorrected hearing loss of 40 decibels or more, which must be supported by the audiogram to be eligible.
