The scholarship is available to all second-year college student at Wayne College who demonstrate successful progress toward their academic goals. Applicant must be a resident of Wayne County, southern Medina County, and western Stark County, who have completed at least 24 semester hours at Wayne College and must be registered for at least 12 credit hours in the semester in which the scholarship is applied.
