    Be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate student at an institution of higher education within the United States. Priority for funding given to students studying in the state of Hawaii.
  • Miscellaneous:
    Earn a State of Hawai'i Board of Education Recognition DiplomaBe a GEAR UP Scholar who submitted a completed Step Up pledge form while attending a title 1 school.
