HEEF: AlvaradoSmith Raymond G. Alvarado Scholarship Fund is provided to an Orange County high school or community college graduates who pursues Law. The scholarship provides a $1,000 to $2,000 fund to applicants who have participated in the OC Hispanic Bar, a pre-law program or agency serving the Latino community.
