The scholarship was established to provide educational opportunities to high school graduates of Tennessee high school that are planning to pursue a Medical Degree at any medical doctor program in the state of Tennessee.

    Tennessee resident for a minimum of five years

    U.S. Citizenship

    Graduate of Tennessee high school
  • College:
    Full-time enrollment in any medical doctor program in the state of Tennessee
  • Major/Career:
    Medical Degree (MD) with a specialty in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • Other Benefits:

    Letters of Recommendation must be from either school personnel or employer. ATTENTION: BE SURE you enter the name you want, that the person has agreed to write your letter, and that you have entered the recommender's email address correctly!
