Iowa Barber and Cosmetology Arts and Sciences Tuition Grant is provided to students with the greatest financial need. The scholarship gives a maximum of $1,200 annually. The applicant whose in their first year of study in a participating Iowa barber and cosmetology colleges is given priority.
