Eligibility Requirements

- Residence:Be legal residents of Clio or Little Rock areas of South Carolina or the Carolina Presbyterian Church Community in Marlboro and Dillon Counties in South Carolina
- College:Be accepted at an accredited undergraduate, graduate or professional college or university
- Miscellaneous:Entitled to exemption from Federal income tax under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
