Jed Moses Fulmer Memorial Scholarship is created to provide support a graduate of Edinburgh Community High School, Franklin Community High School, Indian Creek High School or Whiteland Community High School. The applicant must be planning a career in law enforcement or in the Department of Natural Resources.

    The scholarship must be planning to enroll as a full-time student.
  • School:
    The graduate must be a graduate of Edinburgh Community High School, Franklin Community High School, Indian Creek High School or Whiteland Community High School.
  • College:
    Students must be planning to enroll as an undergraduate student at an accredited two or four-year college or university. Special consideration is given to students who plan to pursue a degree at Vincennes University.
  • Major/Career:
    The applicants must be pursuing a career in law enforcement (including criminology, forensics, etc.) or in the Department of Natural Resources.
