Jhung Family Foundation Scholarship

Hawaii Community Foundation

In 1992, Grafton Jhung established this scholarship to honor Caroline Rhym Ing, the mother of Bryson, Grafton and Finis Jhung who graduated from Roosevelt High School. This scholarship was designed to financially support deserving graduates of Roosevelt High School pursuing a college education. The scholarship is renewable for up to three years as long as financial need and satisfactory academic progress in a degree-granting program are met. Preference given to students born in Hawaii.

    Must have attended Roosevelt High school for four years and be a current graduating senior from Roosevelt High School.

    Attend as a full-time student (as determined by your schools financial aid office)
  • Residence:
    Resident of the State of Hawaii
  • School:
    Must have attended Roosevelt High school for four years and be a current graduating senior from Roosevelt High School.
  • College:
    Attend an accredited, four-year, not-for-profit institutional in the continental US
  • Extracurricular:
    Involvement in extra-curricular activities and community service.
