Ms. Jean Quinn Sullivan started this scholarship in 1996 lived in Superior, Wisconsin most of her life and was married to Mr. John Sullivan, the owner and operator of the Sullivan Loan Company. Ms. Jean and her husband valued the significance of higher education and so they created this scholarship. This scholarship benefits graduates of Superior High School pursuing study in the field of education at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Students who express an interest in elementary education are given priority.
