Junior Scholarship

American Legion Auxiliary - Department of Oregon

This scholarship was established to benefit senior high school students residing in the state of Oregon. The scholarship is for educational assistance other than HighSchool. Eligible applicants are students who are children, step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren of veterans or disabled veterans. Students must have been Junior members of the American Legion Auxiliary for the past three years and must hold a current membership card (2015). Applicants must have an American Legion Auxiliary Unit sponsor.

    An article consisting of no more than 500 words on the topic the "How Military Families are Keeping the Promise to Preserve our Freedom".
