    Must be resident of Jackson or Clinton Counties

    Must be student from Maquoketa and Northeast High School

    Must pursue post-secondary education at, but not limited to, community colleges, occupational programs, technical schools and colleges and universities
  • Major/Career:
    Must study Fine Arts, Visual, Music, Theater, Industrial, Culinary or Agricultural Studies
