This scholarship was established in memory of Lewis B. Barber to fund books and tuition for high school seniors pursuing certification to teach the deaf and blind or seminary or pre-seminary school to study church, Christian music or Christian education. Applicants must graduate from public or private high school in Charlotte,Collier, Glades, Hendry or Lee counties.
