This scholarship was started in memory of O.J. (Junior) Beck, Jr., a respected general contractor and builder in the Coastal Bend with a reputation for attention to his projects and friendly relations with owners. The scholarship benefits graduating high school seniors or current college students planning to or currently pursuing study in the field of building construction.
