- Financial Need:Required
- Other Academic Requirements:Be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours per semester.

- College:College, University, Technical or Vocational School
- Miscellaneous:Any student who has an immediate family member presently serving on the PCCF Board of Directors or employed by the PCCF is ineligible for this scholarship.
