Established in memory of Richard Lyman Jr., this scholarship is available to a senior at Phoa High School who have been a long-time resident of the Phoa community.

    Must be senior at Phoa High School

    Must be enrolled in a two-year or four-year, accredited college institution in Hawai`i or the continental U.S.
  • Extracurricular:
    Must be involved in community service
  • Miscellaneous:
    Must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, history; Must demonstrate a commitment to contribute to the greater community
