- Age/Grade Level:Current graduating Senior of one of these public Windward Oahu high schools: Castle, Kahuku, Kailua, Kalaheo or Olomana
- Minimum GPA:2.70
- Financial Need:Required
- Residence:Resident of the State of Hawaii
- School:Current graduating Senior of one of these public Windward Oahu high schools: Castle, Kahuku, Kailua, Kalaheo or Olomana
- College:Attend an accredited, two or four year, not-for-profit institution within the US (including US territories)
- Major/Career:Major in Education
- Extracurricular:Preference given to students with extra-curricular activities in the performing arts
