The scholarship was established to provide educational support to the deserving graduating senior of a high school in Mecklenburg County or Spartanburg County who have earned a varsity letter in high school and are planning to attend an accredited four-year college or university.

    Have earned a varsity letter in high school. Female athletes may letter in any state sanctioned sport; male athletes must letter in football
  • Miscellaneous:
    Be nominated by their high school principal or headmaster
