The scholarship is available for a Loup City High School senior, who is a resident of Sherman County, and has been accepted at an institute of higher learning within the State of Nebraska which awards a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree upon satisfactory completion of the required course of study. Any prior year recipient is eligible to reapply as long as condition are still met (attendance at an institute of higher learning within the State of Nebraska).
