    Be a citizen, national, Citizens of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of Palau are also eligible to apply (or legal permanent resident of the United States.)
  • College:
    Enrolling in a U.S. accredited 4-year university as a full-time, degree-seeking student in the upcoming academic year
  • Ethnicity:
    Be of Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity as defined by the U.S. Census
  • Extracurricular:
    Have placed strong emphasis on community service and leadership
  • Miscellaneous:
    First generation in his/her immediate family to attend college or university
