CHCI-Tyson Foods Scholar-Intern Program

The sholarship program is designed to allow students to not only receive monetary support for their education, but also gain hands-on experience during a 13-week internship during summer at Tyson Foods Office in Chicago, Illinois. It is open to open to undergraduate juniors OR MBA candidates with at least one year of full-time enrollment remaining in their program.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Residence:
    Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or individuals who are lawfully authorized to work full-time without restriction for any U.S. employer and who, at the time of application, possess lawful evidence of employment authorization
  • Citizenship:
    Must be U.S. citizens
  • College:
    Full-time enrollment in an accredited four-year university or graduate program
  • Major/Career:
    A declared major related to accounting, computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or marketing; MBA candidate
  • Extracurricular:
    Consistent, active participation in public and/or community service activities
  • Miscellaneous:
    Awards are intended to provide assistance with tuition, room and board, textbooks, and other educational expenses associated with college enrollment.
