This scholarship is available to high school senior who resides in California and plans to attend a California State University or California Community College as a 1st-year student in the Fall of 2016.

    Must reside in California
  • College:
    Must plan to attend a California State University or California Community College as a 1st-year student in the Fall of 2016
  • Extracurricular:
    Must be active service in the community
  • Miscellaneous:
    Must have a household income at or below California State Low Income Level; Must be able to show 2014 or 2015 tax return should an applicant be selected for award.

  • Recommendation Letters:
    Must submit one recommender form submitted by a Community Service Advisor. This person must be familiar with your community service activities and/or have supervised your community service. The recommender form must be completed online: http://bit.ly/1Ndzmx2. Hard copies of recommendations will NOT be accepted. Recommendations from relatives will not be accepted.
  • Other Materials:
    If selected, must submit college acceptance letter for verification
