The scholarship is established to support students who graduated from any high school in Oregon or Clark County, Washington who are planning to pursue an undergraduate/graduate degree in Nursing or graduate degree in medicine. Applicant must be a resident of Oregon or Clark County, Washington, be a first-generation college attendee and be 25 or older as of the scholarship deadline.
