This scholarship is available to all graduate or graduating senior high school in Wayne County who are planning to pursue a degree in Nursing in an accredited educational institution. Applicants must be a resident of Wayne County for at least three (3) consecutive years within the past ten (10) years and must be actively engaged in community service.
