Established by Hal and Gretchen Oberholzer, the Hal and Gretchen Oberholzer Scholarship Fund aims to support a Blackford High School student who plans to pursue a degree in elementary education. Hal and Gretchen Oberholzer are both retired elementary teachers in Blackford County.
