Eligibility Requirements
- Age/Grade Level:Undergraduate studentStudent who is 20 years of age or older

- Financial Need:Required
- Residence:Resident of the State of Hawaii or a Pacific Island nation
- College:Attend an accredited, two or four year, not-for-profit in the State of Hawaii
- Miscellaneous:Former student who has completed at least one year of college progress potentially towards degree completion, then stopped out for at least one year, and is now returning to actively pursue a college degree
