- Age/Grade Level:Scholarships are available to eligible Indian undergraduate students enrolled at least time and graduate students enrolled at least half time.

- College:Enrolled in an accredited college, university or vocational school in Minnesota
- Ethnicity:One-fourth or more American Indian
