This scholarship was started by the Duluth Camp No. 2341 Modern Woodmen of America, a fraternal life insurance organization. This opportunity benefits parents, non-traditional students completing the last half of their academic program at CSS, UMD or LSC. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have involvement in the community and church activities.
