The scholarship was created by Dr. Wally Roth, former Taylor University professor of Computer Science and Engineering, and his wife Marlene Roth, retired teacher with Blackford County Schools. The scholarship provides financial support to a student who plans to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study in science, education, or any medical field.
