    Required
  • Residence:
    Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, or Union County
  • College:
    Full or part-time enrollment at accredited, not-for-profit nursing program
  • Major/Career:
    Preference given to current public health nurses continuing education. Also open to current (preferably public health) nursing students pursuing a nursing career (preferably public health)
  • Other Benefits:
    Renewable

    Describe your public health nursing experience, including employer(s), date and positions. If you have no public health nursing experience, enter "None."; Describe your past nursing experience, including employer(s), dates, and positions. If you have no additional past nursing experience, enter "None."; Write a personal statement which may include challenges you have faced, your educational and career goals, people who have influenced you, why you feel you are a good candidate for this scholarship, etc; Discuss any special financial, family, or other extenuating circumstances that you would like us to consider.

    Letters of Recommendation must be from either school personnel or employer. ATTENTION: BE SURE you enter the name you want, that the person has agreed to write your letter, and that you have entered the recommender's email address correctly!
