Stanley O. McNaughton Community Service Award is a $2,000 fund given to a junior or senior at an ICW college. The award was established in memory of Mr. McNaughton to honor his lifetime of leadership in volunteerism and financial support, and to acknowledge PEMCOs major financial investment in this scholarship program. The applicant must demonstrate dedication to volunteer service and academic achievement.

    The applicant must be enrolled full-time.
  • College:
    The applicant must be attending one of these colleges: Gonzaga University, Heritage University, Pacific Lutheran University, Saint Martin's University, Seattle Pacific University, Seattle University, University of Puget Sound, Walla Walla University, Whitman College and Whitworth University.
  • Extracurricular:
    The applicant must be dedicated to volunteer service in high school and college.
