Established in memory Allen and Bertha Watson, this scholarship is open to students who reside in Oklahoma and state of Texas who will pursue a study in Science, Technology or Engineering. Applicants must have a license of any active Amateur Radio License class.

    Must be resident in Oklahoma. If no qualified applicant is identified, resident in the ARRL West Gulf Division (Texas and Oklahoma)

  • Miscellaneous:
    License requirement of any active Amateur Radio License class
