American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Foundation, Inc.

The scholarship was established to provide assistance to a member of American Radio Relay League who will pursue a bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering in an accredited school in the Central Division. Applicant must also be a resident of ARRL Central Division (IL, IN, WI).
