The Elizabeth Gardner Norweb Summer Environmental Studies Scholarship

Mrs. Edward K. Poor, Mrs. Walter Marting, and Mrs. Jerome F. Page headed the creation of a fund to establish this scholarship to honor Elizabeth Gardner Norweb, ardent conservationist and GCA President from 1979 to 1981. This scholarship was designed to encourage studies and careers in the environmental field, with the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience beyond the regular course of study. The program is for summer study following the freshman, sophomore, or junior year.
