The Pavement Recycling Systems Scholarships

The Community Foundation Serving Riverside & San Bernadino Cities

This scholarship was established in memory of Chuck Harmon, Dick Sprinkel and Gordon Lounsbury to financially support graduating seniors pursuing post-secondary education through approved certified colleges or training institutes. Students must be residing in the City of Riverside or its neighboring communities. This scholarship doesn't require services to as a consequence of receiving the award. Funds can be used for tuition, books, education fees, and other education-related expenses. Awards are calculated based on total points earned per a formula that includes but not limited to the Value per Credit, Number of Credits of each course, Course Difficulty multiplier and College Course Level multiplier.

    Eligible graduating seniors must be residents of the City of Riverside or its neighboring communities.

    Planning to attend a college, university or approved trade school full-time
  • Extracurricular:
    Exhibit community and school involvement.
