  • Age/Grade Level:
    Candidates must be at least second-year college students, enrolled full time as sophomores or juniors at the time of application.
  • Minimum GPA:
    3.0
  • Financial Need:
    Required
  • Other Academic Requirements:
    Enrolled in ROTC
  • Citizenship:
    All applicants must be a U.S. citizen
  • College:
    At four-year accredited college or university at the time of application submittal
  • Major/Career:
    Awarded annually to a deserving Navy ROTC midshipman majoring in Electrical Engineering.
  • Miscellaneous:
    Have the potential to serve as an officer in the United States Armed Forces
