Scholarships for Aeronautical Engineering Majors

Aeronautical engineering is an exciting and varied field. But pursuing a degree in the discipline can be costly. The expense of college doesn’t have to ground your aeronautical engineering aspirations. There are many scholarships available to aeronautical engineering majors. Science organizations and associations, government agencies, the military and individual academic institutions are among the organizations that award these scholarships. Often, applicants must meet a minimum GPA to be eligible. And some scholarships are reserved for students focusing on a particular area of the field, such as aircraft, spacecraft or satellites. Applicants may be asked to submit a resume or CV, as well as transcripts, letters of recommendation and a personal statement. In some instances, financial need or membership in an underrepresented group may be considered. Ready to find a scholarship? Check out the opportunities below.
