The Allen Mandelstamm Scholarship Fund is awarded to High school graduates from the counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski, and the City of Radford. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and with minimum of 2.5 GPA

    The purpose of this fund is to support disadvantaged people regardless of race, religion, or sexual orientation
