The scholarship is open to graduating senior from Washburn School, Grainger County High School or Hancock County High School who resides in Grainger or Hancock Counties. Applicants must pursue a study in Bachelor in Nursing at an accredited public or private not-for-profit or for-profit nursing program in the state of Tennessee.
