The scholarship is open to students who are residents of Oregon and graduated from Lane County high schools. Applicants must be planning to pursue Trade or vocational programs at Oregon community, trade, and vocational colleges in Douglas, Lane, or Linn County only. Applicants who have recently turned their lives around are also given preference for this scholarship.
