CHCI-Wyndham Worldwide Scholar-Intern Program

The Scholar Intern program is designed to allow students to not only receive monetary support for their education, but also gain hands-on experience through an internship. It is open to undergraduates of sophomore standing or higher or graduate students with at least one year of full-time enrollment remaining in their program. Applicants must be majoring in accounting, communications, computer science, journalism, marketing, media, public relations, or other fields.

Eligibility Requirements

    Open to undergraduates of sophomore standing or higher OR graduate students with at least one year of full-time enrollment remaining in their program
  • Financial Need:
    Required
  • Residence:
    Must be lawful permanent residents, asylees, or individuals who are lawfully authorized to work full-time without restriction for any U.S. employer and who, at the time of application, possess lawful evidence of employment authorization
  • Citizenship:
    Must be U.S. citizens
  • College:
    Full-time enrollment in an accredited four-year university
  • Major/Career:
    A declared major related to accounting, communications, computer science, journalism, marketing, media, public relations, or other fields
  • Extracurricular:
    Consistent, active participation in public and/or community service activities
  • Other Benefits:
    Paid internships ($16-18/hour) in Wyndham's offices in Parsippany, New Jersey. Internships begin the week of May 31 and end August 12. The comprehensive program includes: Interactive orientation, Professional development workshops, Coaching and feedback sessions, Roundtable discussions with senior leadership, Presentation opportunities, Networking with leaders from across the organization, and Group activities
