The David G. Casavan Memorial Scholarship Fund is awarded to Ventura County residents who are graduating seniors from any Ventura County high school. Applicants must be enrolling fulltime in an accredited four-year college or university in California.

    Engineering, Physical Science, or Mathematics at a California college or university
