The Gary W. Chism Memorial Scholarship Fund is awarded to a graduating high school senior from any Ventura County high school. Applicant must be enrolling full-time in an accredited four-year college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree, or Ventura County community college student who is transferring to an accredited four-year college or university.

  • Extracurricular:
    Applicants must show demonstrated interest and involvement over time in business and/or medical research via school and community activities as well as in the application essay.
