  • Major/Career:
    Coastal Bend students who intend to study civil engineering at our area universities.In the absence of an applicant intending to study civil engineering, the award may be given to a student majoring in any engineering field.
  • Ethnicity:
    Preference is given to students of Asian and/or Eastern Indian heritage
