  • Residence:
    Who are permanent residents (or United States citizens)
  • Citizenship:
    Who are United States citizens (or permanent residents)
  • College:
    Study at an accredited non-profit public or private two-year or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the United States for the entire academic year.
  • Major/Career:
    They must plan to enroll in a full-time STEM (science, technology, engineering or math) field of study
