This scholarship was started to in memory of James C. Klouda and honor his professional career in the field of electromagnetic compatibility. The award benefits undergraduate students pursuing study in the area of electrical engineering with an emphasis in the field of electromagnetic compatibility or a related discipline at an accredited US university or college.

    Be enrolled as a full-time student in electrical engineering at an accredited university or college inside the US
  • Miscellaneous:
    No relatives of current members of the IEEE Board of Directors, the EMC-S Governing Board, the EMC-S Awards and Recognition Committee, the IEEE James C. Klouda Memorial Scholarship Committee, or IEEE staff may be candidates nor nominate or endorse candidates for this scholarship.
