This scholarship was established to benefit undergraduate students in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and India. Students must be attending or pursuing study in the field of Electrical Engineering. This program was designed to encourage students to pursue careers in power and energy engineering.

    Students must be currently enrolled full-time at a university/college or community college.
  • Residence:
    Students must be permanent residents and reside in IEEE Regions 1 through 7.
  • Citizenship:
    Students must be U.S., Puerto Rican, or Canadian citizen or permanent resident and reside in IEEE Regions 1 through 7.
  • College:
    A university or college in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada
  • Major/Career:
    You'll be a full-time student in the coming academic year at a university or college in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada that offers undergraduate courses in power engineering. The university or college must have an ABET-accredited, 4-year electrical

    Award selection is based on overall GPA, the alignment of technical and personal interests with the power and energy engineering field, personal strengths and the strength of the academic program.
