This scholarship was established in memory of John M. Roca to benefit a graduating senior of Cape Henlopen High School pursuing a degree in agricultural and natural resource management, pre-veterinary medicine, art or related fields at a four-year college or university. Applicants should exhibit academic ability, high SAT scores, active in extracurricular activities and strongly recommended by teachers.
