Ohio College Opportunity Grant

Ohio College Opportunity Grant is provided to residents of Ohio who are pursuing degrees and diplomas at an Ohio public university main campuses, Ohio private, non-profit colleges or universities, and Ohio private, for-profit institutions. The grant is determined through the FAFSA application that the student completed.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Age/Grade Level:
    The applicants must be an undergraduate student.
  • Financial Need:
    Required
  • Residence:
    The applicant must be an Ohio resident.
  • College:
    The grant is given to students who are pursuing an associates degree, first bachelors degree, or nurse diploma program at an eligible Ohio or Pennsylvania institution.
  • Major/Career:
    Applicants pursuing a nurse diploma program is also eligible.
  • Miscellaneous:
    The applicant must have an EFC (Expected Family Contribution) of 2190 or less and a maximum household income of $75,000.
